Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme Fresh Chopped Very Fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon Marjoram Fresh Chopped Very Fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano Fresh Chopped Very Fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon Basil Fresh Chopped Very Fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put the garlic and olive oil into a sauté pan, over low heat. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  • Remove the garlic from the oil, using a slotted spoon, into a small bowl. Let the garlic cool down and then using a fork, mash the garlic until it becomes a paste.
  • Put the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth, then fold in the roasted garlic.
  • Put the sauce into the refrigerator for 2 hours before using.
