Ingredients
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider
- 1/4 teaspoon Thyme Fresh Chopped Very Fine
- 1/4 teaspoon Marjoram Fresh Chopped Very Fine
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano Fresh Chopped Very Fine
- 1/4 teaspoon Basil Fresh Chopped Very Fine
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Put the garlic and olive oil into a sauté pan, over low heat. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the garlic from the oil, using a slotted spoon, into a small bowl. Let the garlic cool down and then using a fork, mash the garlic until it becomes a paste.
- Put the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth, then fold in the roasted garlic.
- Put the sauce into the refrigerator for 2 hours before using.
