- 1 Cup Fresh Pears Peeled, Seeded & Diced
- 1/4 Cup Banana Sliced
- ½ Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger Or Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
- 1 Cup Ice
- Pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine All Ingredients Into A Blender
- Blend Until Smooth, Thick & Creamy About 1 Minute
